Essential start to the day


Mornings should start before you get out of bed with a light meditation to get your mind set for the day and it's not that difficult and quite easy really, and all you need to do is remember back and think about what totally relaxes you.

If its walking along the beach you love, then visualize walking along the beach with the feel of sand beneath your feet, the sun shining down warmly on your face down from a beautiful blue sky, and walking along the waters edge, feel the salty breeze on your face as it blows gently off the ocean.

You only need to spend about 5 minutes a day in this space and you would be amazed at the different mindset it produces and the effect it can have on your day has to be experienced to be truly believed and it doesn't necessarily need to be the beach it could be anywhere that truly relaxes you

Maybe it's bush walking or standing on top of a cliff observing a breathtaking scene, or sitting by a bubbling brook with your toes dangling blissfully in the gentle water and listening to the sound of the soft gentle stream as it brushes playfully past your feet.

The important thing is that it's as real as if you were there and you only need to spend a couple of minutes per day in your relaxing space to make a world of difference to your unfolding morning, and it gets you set for the day, locked into a more loving caring sharing mindset.

The trick is to convince your mind you have really been there in your relaxing environment and your body will follow automatically and relate ( and relax ) to it accordingly. You don't need to dwell on the body-science of whats occurring just that it works - and works well.

Start your day right every day and see your world change around you and it only takes less time than to boil water for you morning cuppa and once you set your train of thought for the day, it will unfold in magical ways you never thought possible.
